Group Training

Have you been to a group fitness class at a regular gym? Well, this is nothing like that. At Born to Run, the groups typically have no more than 8 participants, so you get plenty of individual attention. Every four weeks we serve up a new menu of group classes, continuously changing your workouts to help you avoid plateaus and promote ongoing results. Classes are highly personalized and provide you with a chance to push yourself safely and effectively toward your goals. Plus, we’re obsessed with making new friends, so you’ll leave every class with new connections.

Massage Therapy

In order to provide a well rounded approach to training and wellness, we believe optimal recovery and soft tissue health is important.

We have male and female massage therapists who can help restore your soft tissue quality.

You will be provided with a tailored assessment and treatment in order to gain effective and efficient results. We aim to give our client’s preventative treatment and injury recovery, as well as gaining function and movement with reduced pain.
